§ 73. Consent of commissioner to creation of housing companies.
1.If\nany certificate made pursuant to subdivision one of section seventy-two\nshall be presented to the secretary of state he shall not file said\ncertificate unless there shall accompany the same a certificate of the\ncommissioner that he consents to the filing of such certificate. In the\ncase of a housing company which is a partnership or trust, the\ncertificate shall be filed with the commissioner.\n 2. The commissioner shall not accept for filing a certificate of a\nhousing company which is a partnership (general or limited) or a trust\nunless there has first been filed with him a partnership agreement or\ntrust agreement as the case may be, the terms and conditions of which\nshall be subject to his approval.\n
