§ 14. Responsibilities of the legislative library. It shall be the\nresponsibility of the legislative library, as such library is described\nin section seven-a of the legislative law to:\n 1. incorporate the listing of all public documents received from state\nagencies into a central catalog; and\n 2. issue an annual reminder to the public information officer of each\nstate agency regarding their responsibilities pursuant to section twelve\nof this article.\n
