§ 108. Certain restrictions on wagering.
1.No corporation,\nassociation or person which holds a license, registration, franchise,\ncertificate or permit issued by the commission shall directly extend\ncredit for any wager under this chapter.\n 2. No corporation, association or person that holds a license,\nregistration, franchise, certificate or permit issued by the commission\nshall permit any person who is actually or apparently under eighteen\nyears of age to bet on gaming activity, as defined in subdivision five\nof section one hundred one of this article.\n
