§ 106. Salary and expenses.
1.The commission shall fix the\ncompensation for its officers and employees within the amounts\nappropriated therefor.\n 2. The members, officers and employees of the commission shall be\nreimbursed for all actual and necessary traveling and other expenses and\ndisbursements incurred or made by them in the discharge of their\nofficial duties.\n
