§ 39. Successors to rights of creditors and purchasers. A transfer,\ncharge, sale or assignment, or proceeding declared by this article, to\nbe void, as against creditors or purchasers, is equally void as against\nthe heirs, successors, personal representatives or assignees of such\ncreditors or purchasers.\n
