§ 265.63 Criminal sale of a frame or receiver in the second degree.\n A person is guilty of criminal sale of a frame or receiver in the\nsecond degree when, knowing it is an unserialized frame or receiver or\nan unfinished frame or receiver, such person unlawfully sells,\nexchanges, gives or disposes of such unserialized frame or receiver or\nunfinished frame or receiver, provided that for a period of six months\nafter the effective date of this section, a person shall not be guilty\nof criminal sale of a frame or receiver in the second degree if such\nperson:
