§ 220.76 Unlawful disposal of methamphetamine laboratory material.\n A person is guilty of unlawful disposal of methamphetamine laboratory\nmaterial when, knowing that such actions are in furtherance of a\nmethamphetamine operation, he or she knowingly disposes of, or possesses\nwith intent to dispose of, hazardous or dangerous material under\ncircumstances that create a substantial risk to human health or safety\nor a substantial danger to the environment.\n Unlawful disposal of methamphetamine laboratory material is a class E\nfelony.\n
