§ 215.80 Unlawful disposition of assets subject to forfeiture.\n Any defendant in a forfeiture action pursuant to article thirteen-A of\nthe civil practice law and rules who knowingly and intentionally\nconceals, destroys, dissipates, alters, removes from the jurisdiction,\nor otherwise disposes of, property specified in a provisional remedy\nordered by the court or in a judgment of forfeiture in knowing contempt\nof said order shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.\n
