§ 215.66 Criminal contempt of the state commission on judicial conduct.\n A person is guilty of criminal contempt of the state commission on\njudicial conduct when, having been duly subpoenaed to attend as a\nwitness at an investigation or hearing before the commission or a\nreferee designated by the commission, he fails or refuses to attend\nwithout lawful excuse.\n Criminal contempt of the state commission on judicial conduct is a\nclass A misdemeanor.\n
