§ 120.35 Promoting a suicide attempt; when punishable as attempt to\n commit murder.\n A person who engages in conduct constituting both the offense of\npromoting a suicide attempt and the offense of attempt to commit murder\nmay not be convicted of attempt to commit murder unless he causes or\naids the suicide attempt by the use of duress or deception.\n
