§ 50. Residential water service. Every water-works corporation with\ngross revenues in excess of two hundred fifty thousand dollars shall\nprovide residential service in accordance with all relevant provisions\nof this article. The commission shall adopt such rules and regulations\nas it deems necessary and proper to implement the provisions of this\nsection.\n
