§ 20. Practice before the commission; immunity of witnesses.

1.All\nhearings before the commission or a commissioner, or an officer or\nemployee specially authorized to conduct an investigation or hearing,\nshall be governed by rules to be adopted and prescribed by the\ncommission. And in all investigations, inquiries or hearings the\ncommission or a commissioner, or an officer or employee specially\nauthorized to conduct an investigation or hearing, shall not be bound by\nthe technical rules of evidence.\n 2.
