§ 90 — Severability
§ 90. Severability. If any provision of this article or the\napplication thereof to any person or circumstances is adjudged invalid\nby a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not affect or\nimpair the validity of the other provisions of the article or the\napplication thereof to other persons and circumstances.\n
