§ 29. Watershed conservation easements and watershed agricultural\neasements. Restriction on alienation. A watershed conservation easement\nor watershed agricultural easement held by the city of New York shall\nnot be transferred or conveyed by the city of New York unless the\nwritten consent of the record owner of the real property burdened by\nsuch easement is affixed to the instrument transferring or conveying\nsuch easement. For purposes of this section, the terms "watershed\nconservation easement" and "watershed agricultural easement" shall have\nthe same meanings as defined in section five hundred eighty-three of the\nreal property tax law.\n
