§ 466 — Judicial review

§ 466. Judicial review. The action of the commissioner in suspending,\nrevoking or refusing to issue or renew a permit or imposing any fine or\nreprimand upon the holder thereof may be reviewed by a proceeding\nbrought under and pursuant to article seventy-eight of the civil\npractice law and rules.\n
