§ 4613. Advertisements. No person, partnership, corporation, company,\ntrust or association, or any agent or employee thereof, shall publish or\ncause to be published, circulated, or disseminated any financial\nstatement, pamphlet, circular, form letter, advertisement, or other\nsales literature or advertising communication addressed or intended for\ndistribution to prospective residents of continuing care retirement\ncommunities that contains statements or illustrations that are untrue,\ndeceptive, misleading, or omit material facts or omit any other\ninformation required by regulations appropriate to a continuing care\nretirement community.\n
