§ 4612 — Residents' organizations
§ 4612. Residents' organizations.
1.Continuing care retirement\ncontract holders shall have the right of self-organization, the right to\nbe represented by one or more individuals of their own choosing, and the\nright to engage in concerted activities for the purpose of keeping\ninformed of the operation of the community in which they live.\n 2.
