§ 4163. Penalties. Any person who shall release information which\nmight disclose the identity of the pregnant person in connection with a\ncertificate of pregnancy loss or report of pregnancy loss in violation\nof the provisions of this title shall be subject to a civil penalty not\nto exceed five thousand dollars for each such release. Such penalty may\nbe recovered in the same manner as the penalty provided in section\ntwelve of this chapter.\n
