§ 4162. Products of conception; burial and removal; permits.
1.Upon\nrequest a permit shall be issued for the removal, transportation, burial\nor other disposition of products of conception.\n 2. Such permit shall be issued by the local registrar of the district\nin which the pregnancy loss occurred upon request by the funeral\ndirector seeking to take possession of the products of conception, on\nthe form prescribed by the commissioner. The issuance of such permit\nshall be subject to the provisions of title IV of this article.\n
