§ 3656. Enforcement.

1.A medical equipment services agency may be\nsubject to fines as provided by this chapter for material violations of\nthe provisions of this article. A medical equipment services agency may\nhave its license revoked, suspended, or limited by the commissioner for\nrepeated violations of the requirements of this article. In such cases,\nthe commissioner may require the agency to submit a corrective action\nplan for approval. The license of an agency may also be revoked,\nsuspended or limited upon a finding that the actions of such agency have\nmaterially endangered public health and safety.\n 2. No permit or certificate shall be revoked, suspended, limited or\nannulled without an opportunity afforded the agency an administrative\nhearing on the facts at issue.\n
