§ 2807-o. Early intervention services pool. 1. Definitions. The\nfollowing words or phrases as used in this section shall have the\nfollowing meanings:\n (a) "Early intervention services" shall mean services delivered to an\neligible child, pursuant to an individualized family service plan under\nthe early intervention program.\n (b) "Early intervention program" shall mean the early intervention\nprogram for toddlers with disabilities and their families as created by\ntitle two-A of article twenty-five of this chapter.\n (c) "Municipality" shall mean any county outside of the city of New\nYork or the city of New York.\n 2. Payments for early intervention services.
