* § 2591. Eligibility. Eligibility for the program shall be limited\nto pregnant women and adolescents who, because of low income and dietary\ndeficiencies, are at high risk endangering the nutritional well-being of\ntheir fetuses and risking the delivery of low birth weight infants.\n * NB Expired March 31, 1986\n
