§ 2570. Children's institutions; regular physician required.

1.Every\ninstitution in this state, operated for the express purpose of receiving\nor caring for dependent, neglected or destitute children or juvenile\ndelinquents, except hospitals, shall have attached thereto a regular\nphysician of its selection duly licensed under the laws of the state and\nin good professional standing, whose name and address shall be kept\nposted conspicuously within such institution.\n 2. The words "juvenile delinquents" used in this article shall include\nall children whose commitment to an institution is authorized by law.\n
