§ 2501. Health and welfare services to all children; duty of local\nboards.
1.The local board of health or similar health authority of\neach local health district shall provide children who attend schools\nother than public with all or any of the health and welfare services and\nfacilities, including but not limited to health, surgical, medical,\ndental and therapeutic care and treatment and corrective aids and\nappliances, authorized by law and now granted or hereafter made\navailable by such local board of health or similar health authority for\nor to children in the public schools in so far as these services and\nfacilities may be requested by the authorities of the schools other than\npublic.\n 2.
