§ 2166. Immunization; regulations. The commissioner may promulgate\nregulations with respect to immunization conducted by a home care\nservices agency licensed pursuant to section thirty-six hundred five of\nthis chapter or certified pursuant to section thirty-six hundred eight\nof this chapter, facilities or institutions established under article\ntwenty-eight of this chapter, and other health care providers and\npractitioners, including, but not limited to, standards for the quality\nof care and services provided, consistent with the education law.\n
