§ 2137. Domestic violence recognition. The department shall, in\nconsultation with the office for the prevention of domestic violence and\nstatewide organizations and community based organizations, develop a\nprotocol for the identification and screening of victims of domestic\nviolence who may either be a protected individual or a contact as used\nin this title.\n
