§ 2124. Communicable diseases; appeal by committed patient. Nothing\ncontained in this article shall be construed to prohibit any person\ncommitted to any institution pursuant to its provisions from appealing\nto any court having jurisdiction, for a review of the evidence on which\ncommitment was made.\n
