§ 23 — Project monitoring

  § 23. Project monitoring. The commissioner shall establish such\nprocedures deemed necessary for monitoring compliance of an eligible\nlow-income building with the provisions of this article, and for\nnotifying the commissioner of taxation and finance of any such\nnoncompliance.\n
