§ 62. Survey of historic and cultural properties under state control.\nThe commissioner of general services with the advice and assistance of\nthe commissioner of parks and recreation shall prepare, maintain and\npublish a listing of all historic and cultural properties under its\njurisdiction or control or otherwise owned or used by any state agency\nincluding those listed on the state or national register of historic\nplaces or determined by the commissioner of parks and recreation to be\neligible for the state register. The commissioner may utilize the\nstatewide inventory of historic property prepared by the commissioner of\nparks and recreation for purposes of this section.\n
