§ 2787 — State and county not liable on authority bonds

§ 2787. State and county not liable on authority bonds. Neither the\nstate nor the county shall be liable on the bonds of the authority and\nsuch bonds shall not be a debt of the state or the county, and such\nbonds shall contain on the face thereof a statement to such effect.\n
