§ 2721. State, counties and municipalities not liable on bonds.\nNeither the state, the counties nor any other municipality or public\ncorporation shall be liable on the bonds of the authority and such bonds\nshall not be a debt of the state, the counties, any other municipality\nor public corporation, and such bonds shall contain on the face thereof,\na statement to such effect.\n
