§ 2642-s. Effect of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the provisions\nof this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other act,\ngeneral or special, or of a county charter, any local law, ordinance or\nresolution of a municipality, the provisions of this title shall be\ncontrolling. Nothing contained in this section shall be held to\nsupplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the authority\notherwise set forth in this title.\n
