§ 2596 — Transfer of applications, proceedings, approvals and permits

§ 2596. Transfer of applications, proceedings, approvals and permits.\n1. Any application, review or process in relation to or in furtherance\nof the purposes of or contemplated by this title heretofore filed or\nundertaken, or any proceeding heretofore commenced or any determination,\nfinding or award made, by the county or by the county with the federal\ngovernment, the department of environmental conservation, the department\nof transportation or any other public corporation shall inure to and for\nthe benefit of the authority to the same extent and in the same manner\nas if the authority had been a party to such application, review,\nprocess or proceeding from its inception, and the authority shall be\ndeemed a party thereto, to the extent not prohibited by any federal law.\nAny lic
