§ 2592. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions of\nsection five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nauthority shall be subject to the supervision of the state comptroller\nand an annual audit shall be performed by an independent certified\naccountant. The authority shall annually submit to the governor and the\nstate comptroller and to the chairperson of the senate finance committee\nand the chairperson of the assembly ways and means committee a detailed\nreport pursuant to the provisions of section two thousand eight hundred\nof this chapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed with the clerk\nof the county legislature and the county executive.\n
