§ 2535. General powers of the corporation. The corporation shall have\nthe following powers in addition to those specially conferred elsewhere\nin this title:

(1)to sue and be sued;
(2)to have a seal and alter the\nsame at pleasure;
(3)to make and alter by-laws for its organization and\ninternal management and, subject to agreements with noteholders or\nbondholders, to make rules and regulations governing the use of its\nproperty and facilities;
(4)to make and execute contracts, leases,\nsubleases and all other instruments or agreements necessary or\nconvenient for the exercise of its powers and functions under this\ntitle;
(5)to purchase real or personal property necessary and\nconvenient for its corporate purposes; to execute and deliver deeds for\nreal property held in its own na
