* § 2514. State and city not liable on bonds and notes. The bonds,\nnotes and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the\nstate of New York or of the city or of any other municipality in the\nstate, and neither the state nor any municipality shall be liable\nthereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds other than those of\nthe authority.\n * NB (Discontinued-Board of Directors never appointed)\n
