* § 2476. State and municipalities not liable on bonds and notes. The\nbonds, notes and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt\nof the state of New York or of any municipality, and neither the state\nnor any municipality shall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable\nout of any funds other than those of the authority.\n * NB (Disbanded March, 1980)\n
