§ 2448 — Limitation of liability

§ 2448. Limitation of liability. Neither the members of the agency,\nnor any person or persons acting in its behalf, while acting within the\nscope of their authority, shall be subject to any personal liability\nresulting from carrying out any of the powers expressly given in this\nact.\n
