§ 2336. Title not affected if in part unconstitutional or ineffective.\nIf any section, clause or provisions of this title shall be\nunconstitutional or be ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent\nthat it is not unconstitutional or ineffective, it shall be valid and\neffective and no other section, clause or provision shall on account\nthereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n
