§ 2050-y. Separability. If any section, clause or provision in this\ntitle shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be\nunconstitutional or ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that\nit is not unconstitutional or ineffective, it shall be valid and\neffective, and no other section, clause or provision shall on account\nthereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n
