§ 2049-j. State, town and municipalities not liable on bonds. Neither\nthe state, town nor any other municipality or public corporation shall\nbe liable on the bonds of the authority and such bonds shall not be a\ndebt of the state, town or any other municipality or public corporation,\nand such bonds shall contain, on the face thereof, a statement to such\neffect.\n
