§ 1866 — State not liable on bonds and notes

§ 1866. State not liable on bonds and notes. The bonds and notes shall\nnot be a debt of the state of New York nor shall the state be liable\nthereon and such bonds and notes shall contain on the face thereof a\nstatement to that effect.\n
