§ 1833. Title not affected if in part unconstitutional or ineffective.\nIf any subtitle, section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or\nprovision of this title shall be unconstitutional or be ineffective in\nwhole or in part, to the extent that it is not unconstitutional or\nineffective, it shall be valid or effective and no other subtitle,\nsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision shall on\naccount thereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n
