§ 1299-vv. Consent by the state. The commissioner of general services\nshall have power, in his discretion, from time to time to transfer and\nconvey to the authority, or to one or more participating counties for\nthe use of the authority, and for such consideration and upon such terms\nand conditions as may be determined by him to be paid to the state,\nunappropriated state lands, abandoned canal lands and lands under water\nwhich the authority shall certify to be necessary or desirable for the\ncorporate purposes of the authority.\n
