§ 1289. Transfer of officers and employees. Officers and employees of\nstate departments and agencies may be transferred to the corporation and\nofficers and employees of the corporation may be transferred to state\ndepartments and agencies without examination and without loss of any\ncivil service status or rights. No such transfer may, however, be made\nexcept with the approval of the head of the state department or division\ninvolved, the director of the budget and the chief executive officer of\nthe corporation, and in compliance with the rules and regulations of the\ncivil service commission of the state.\n
