§ 1226-z. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother act, general or special, or of any charter, local law, ordinance\nor resolution of any municipality, the provisions of this title shall be\ncontrolling. Nothing contained in this section shall be held to\nsupplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the authority\notherwise set forth in this title. Except as specifically provided for\nin this title, in the performance of any of its functions, powers and\nduties, the authority shall be subject to all applicable general or\nspecial laws of the state, the county charter, and any local law,\nordinance or resolution of the county.\n
