§ 1196-q. Separability clause. If any section, clause or provision in\nthis title shall be held by a competent court to be unconstitutional or\nineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that it is not\nunconstitutional or ineffective, it shall be valid and effective, and no\nother section, clause or provision shall on account thereof be deemed\ninvalid or ineffective.\n
