§ 1184. Property to be restored. The authority may enter upon streets,\nhighways, bridges or public places for the purpose of constructing the\nproject or any part thereof, or any addition, betterment or extension to\nthe facilities of the authority. Whenever the authority has entered upon\nand damaged any street, highway, bridge or other public place the\nauthority shall restore the same to its former condition.\n
