§ 1167. Restriction of jurisdiction. Anything contained in this\nchapter to the contrary notwithstanding, the authority shall have no\npower to purchase or otherwise acquire any source of supply, or water\nsupply system, or any part thereof, situated wholly or partly in the\ncounty of Seneca or in the town of Skaneateles in the county of\nOnondaga.\n
