§ 1161. State, county and municipalities not liable on bonds or notes.\nThe bonds or notes of the authority shall not be a debt of the state of\nNew York or of the county or of any municipality in the county, and\nneither the state nor the county nor any municipality in the county\nshall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds\nother than those of the authority.\n
